Very stable
Works very well. I got this for an ulnar nerve issue, it gives great support while being able to be in a straight position. Most others didnt allow for a purely straight option to help it heal in a proper position, so this has been a saving grace. Its painful for long periods, but I think thats due to the position it need it to be in. My arm feels secure, and it does not undo itself or loosen up when asleep

Lightweight & Easy to Adjust
Lightweight, but durable device. Offers adjustable range of motion settings as prescribed by doctor. Easy to put on, adjust and remove. Pricing was reasonable. Protects my fractured elbow and allows for healing.

Fits long, big arms
I was concerned about fit until I got the product in and got it all strapped and fitted up. With really long, semi-muscular arms I didn't know how this would go but I'm pleasantly surprised. It's well constructed and the arm cuffs are very adjustable and comfortable. The velcro straps are plenty long and overly strong. The type if velcro on the straps is that really micro-fine velcro that is super-hard to get unfastened. The buckles are plastic and snap off if bent against too hard. They snap back on but is a problem while you've got your hand and injured/ surgered elbow occupied inside the brace itself and not able to use two hands etc... So far the limiters are working well but the "All-Lock" slide button gives way at the slightest stiff resistance - so that's pretty weak. You'll get used to what not to do and how hard you can pull against the straps to tighten it up. I just need it to keep me moving past 90 degrees which it does. It will take a little time to get used to it but all in all it's a good unit compared to the BREG that my Surgeon tried to put me in for $500. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the snap off buckles and the already broken "all lock"

Short Term wear is perfect, long term not so much
It’s a good brace, for short term usage. Long term wear, not so much. I broke my elbow and still had to work so perhaps it was also my job that factored into it not being A+ Due to me not doing as I should and lifting things I should not, I ended up being in this brace longer than initially intended but even before so, the screws that hold it together kept loosening all the time making me paranoid they would fall out and be lost (I did lose one and improvised and “repaired” it with a ziptie 🤷🏻♀️) and I’m still currently in my “robot arm”, as everyone likes to call it, for another few weeks and it currently has 3 zipties as accessories due to durability issues. It is easy to take on and off for showers so that is a plus Could be some user error on my part but day to day wear with typical everyday life I just feel it should be a tad more durable. Also the parts that adjust to fit your arm should have a different way of being attached to the brace itself, as they pop due to being snap in screws and if they bend the plastic at all, it will not go back without some improvisation (for me, zipties as mentioned before)

Fits even larger arms and is comfortable!
This is the second ROM elbow brace I’ve purchased. The first one, another brand, did not fit my arm. The second one, this one, fits with room to spare! It is easy to put on, easy to adjust, and is comfortable to wear. I broke my arm above the elbow white-water rafting (ejected from the raft). This is so much more comfortable than the cast I removed. I can lock it in place or allow movement. Just awesome. I absolutely love it. If you have larger arms, this is perfect for you.

Very functional.
Recommended by my Doctors office after a severe elbow fracture. Dr’s office was going to charge me over $1000.00 and it was not covered by insurance! The Amazon brace was exactly the same and came in 2days and cost $75. Thank you Amazon!!

Provides good support. Good quality!
This product came in on time with no problems. The quality is excellent!!! Hope you never need one but if you do worth every penny!I got this to replace the splint and ace bandage that they put on at the orthopedic surgeons office. It is much more comfortable and easy to put on and take off!
