Outstanding Exoskeleton for a damaged arm.
This is an outstanding brace. It’s highly configurable, and fairly easy to put on and adjust. It’s amazing how much pain was eliminated simply by placing this brace on my arm. Makes me look like the six million dollar man…with six cents worth of common sense. The former because it looks so powerful, that latter because it’s highly questionable as to why I would have injured my arm so severely. Well, up until now, I must’ve not reached the limits of my own strength. Guess what?FOUND IT!!!And the reaching of that limit gave no warnings whatsoever. No twinge, no shaking, not even a slightest bit of pain creeping in. One second I’m pushing the back of my jet ski to get it off a sandbar, the next “POW!” as my arm suddenly lost all of it’s strength and went completely limp, pain sheering from my finger tips to my shoulder. I tried to play it off as if nothing happened, and actually thought I had gotten away with it, but immediately after the jet ski went back into deeper water, the people on the boat who were helping by pulling my jet ski from the front said right afterwards “NOW YOU NEED TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. WE SAW THAT!” And they were right.Still waiting for that final diagnosis and repair, but the pain has lessened considerably…ALL THANKS TO THIS BRACE. But make yourself no illusions, the second you remove it, the pain comes right back again. And unfortunately, soft tissue injuries usually require surgery followed by a really long time to heal. It’s a good thing that this brace is so satisfactory in it’s flex ability, outstanding fitment, and it’s high quality. It’s an exoskeleton for a damaged arm. And an excellent pain relieving device.

Very functional.
Recommended by my Doctors office after a severe elbow fracture. Dr’s office was going to charge me over $1000.00 and it was not covered by insurance! The Amazon brace was exactly the same and came in 2days and cost $75. Thank you Amazon!!

Fits long, big arms
I was concerned about fit until I got the product in and got it all strapped and fitted up. With really long, semi-muscular arms I didn't know how this would go but I'm pleasantly surprised. It's well constructed and the arm cuffs are very adjustable and comfortable. The velcro straps are plenty long and overly strong. The type if velcro on the straps is that really micro-fine velcro that is super-hard to get unfastened. The buckles are plastic and snap off if bent against too hard. They snap back on but is a problem while you've got your hand and injured/ surgered elbow occupied inside the brace itself and not able to use two hands etc...So far the limiters are working well but the "All-Lock" slide button gives way at the slightest stiff resistance - so that's pretty weak. You'll get used to what not to do and how hard you can pull against the straps to tighten it up. I just need it to keep me moving past 90 degrees which it does.It will take a little time to get used to it but all in all it's a good unit compared to the BREG that my Surgeon tried to put me in for $500.I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the snap off buckles and the already broken "all lock"

BEST SLING/ELBOW BRACE AROUND
My doctor recommended a ROM brace for me being that I broke my elbow in two spots and fractured my radius. This brace helps with the pain somehow (it still shocks me) and is very adjustable. The velcro straps are the perfect length and are not snug at all on my arm. I love how adjustable this brace is and how secure it keeps my injured arm. Money well spent!! The only thing is the sling part hurts my neck (as does as sling) so I purchased “Velvet Baby SeatBelt Straps” off Amazon to clip on the neck part and problem solved!!

Excellent value, works as advertised
Product performs as advertised. It is difficult to say a device like this is comfortable given its to be attached to an already injured arm, however it performed well and aided the recovery. It was easy to adjust and fit. It is best to have someone help you get it adjusted properly as it can be difficult to do so one handed. Once it is adjusted it can be removed and replaced with ease. Far better to buy this product than to have to get one from a clinic or Dr's office at a much higher price!

Looks great, couldn't make it fit
I really wanted to like this. It looked well built and the straps were easy to adjust, but when you line up the hinge with elbow, it pulled away from my wrist by an inch or so. If you tighten the wrist strap, the hinge pulled away from my elbow and caused it to bind. It looks like the metal arm should be bent inward to meet my wrist. Maybe my wrists are too small?

Where are your incisions?
I had to have my bicep reattached. Tore it up pretty good they had to do a few incisions on my lower and upper arm. Funny the physician's assistant said that I needed to have one of these and be wearing it. Before surgery I was able to lock my arm in just fine. Some of the screws work their way out in a short period of time. However the doctor didn't want me to wear this after my surgery nor could I have as the straps would dig into my incisions. Something to think of. I would have sent it back to Amazon but I miss my 30-day window
