Really like this Ashwagandha
This particular Ashwagandha is quite easy to take, I had been taking a different one which had a very strong bitter taste which I just tolerated because that is all I had, thankfully this particular Ashwagandha is SO much better! the flavor just blends in to what I add it to, which is a mixture of a little apple juice with maca powder, beet powder, psyllium powder and milk every morning and this aswagandha does not interfere with the other flavors. No bitter taste and it mixes great which is a plus because I use so many powders in my concoction.
