This is a different material, some what cheaper quality, this hose wants to kink restricting the water flow and now makes a annoying noise when the water is running because of it. The original was much better quailty and I wish I could find that one. So far its working sort of if you don't mind about 1/2 the flow rate it use to have. If it happens again I will most likely change out the faucet as I think this is a design flaw forcing you to have to replace with a cheaper lower product because its the only one I found online..

The original hose popped off after 2 years. The retaining clip broke. Didn't want to replace faucet. So we purchased new hose and it's easy to install... just popps back over fittings. I did though buy 2 just incase.

Had to replace a quick connect after 4 months ( brand new faucet) it was leaking at the blue connect part no store carry these quick connect looked at Ace,Lowe's,Home Depot and unless you know what your looking for Good luck finding one! I was getting ready to pull faucet and put a faucet in that just had individual cold/hot water lines I finally found the quick connect 2 days later on Amazon,if you going to change the parts on products then make it easier for people to get parts ! It's pretty simple if it's not broken don't mess with it !

Super easy, even came with diagram and step by step directions.

I bought this for my home depot glacier bay faucet but it didn't stay connected. It surprises me how home depot makes glacier bay but they don't sell the replacement fitting. Ended up having to buy a whole new faucet. DON'T BUY GLACIER BAY FAUCETS!
