Sony SRS-NB10 - Wireless Bluetooth Neck Speaker (built-in microphone, lightweight, hands-free function, multiple connection, 20h battery life, fast charging function), black

I have tried to use ear buds, headphones and none agreed with me. I like to listen to audiobooks in bed at night and this is the perfect speaker. I also use if while working in the garden. How did I live with this speaker.

Perfect for office type work but little use for music as it has practically no bass at all.

The concept of the product is good and it worked well - for 2-3 months. Then it completely gave up the ghost/became fatally unresponsive. SONY aftersales is painful and slow, retailer was sympathetic but advised me to process a warranty claim, again will take weeks, no replacement in sight this side of Christmas. Very disappointed. Will look for other options.

I needed headphones to listen to Audiobooks , Music , & talk on my mobile phone. Because I require Hearing Aids normal headphones are a nonstarter. Using Earbuds became very complicated when the phone rang. I also discovered that Earbuds can also ramp up Tinnitus to very painful levels. It certainly did in my case. The Sony SRS-NB10 solved all these problems, at an affordable price! Because my hearing is somewhat impaired I’m unable to comment on sound quality. However I can say that Audiobooks sound great, phone calls are great, and I’m also aware of events around me as nothing is “blocking” my ears. Well Done Sony 😁

Clear sound without a deep bass. Perfect for phone calls, it can be used for music. If you want to use to listen to the music - I wouldn't recommend it. Really like this device! I work in recruitment so I'm on video calls a lot, and this device is much more comfortable than wearing headphones for long periods of time, and the input and output quality is great for voice. It's not exactly top notch for music, but for work and for audio books it is my go to gadget and it rarely leaves my neck!

The media could not be loaded. Sound quality is pretty much "ok". No real bass to speak of - good for the spoken word suffers as a music output. I purchased this for listening to audio books and binaural beats in bed. However any length of time around my neck and the adhesive that holds the rubber button panels in place melts and they come off. It's just going to be a matter of time before i lose one. Disappointing for such an expensive product. Another surprising shortfall was the bluetooth range which is surprisingly short. - Approx 5m and easily blocked.I bought this because it was Sony and i trusted the Sony brand but this is not a good quality product despite the badge. It deserved a £20 price tag at most.

Great device! The model up from it is better for music and watching films but this is perfect for taking calls, watching YouTube, zoom, and listening to audiobooks -- it is just missing the bass a little from music and films
