The product received seems to be used already - there are some scratches in the base and the arm rest. And the smell...the smell...

The chair is making noise with very slight movements. Informed kano at least thrice but their support is useless. Till date no one called me to check the issue even after committing twice on Amazon platform. I don't think this product is very cheap that we have to bear with this type of support. Quality wise this chair is average not very comfortable to seat. The lumber support at the back pinches in your spine. I am using a cushion at the back to mitigate that. Overall very dissatisfied.

This chair is very comfortable as each part of it is adjustable to the way feeling most comfortable with. More specifically, the height, the back leaner, and arm leaner can all be adjusted to the level that the waist, hands, and general position feels comfortable. The wheels move Smoothly.The other aspect I like is the design, bcz I wanted to use this with a white desk. If I chose a totally white chair, then it would stain and get dirty early. If I got the entirely black chair, then it would not go with the desk. Beside, the mono-colored ones do not look this much beautiful. Therefore, I think the combination of black and white parts are very well as the white parts are less susceptible to become dirty.The best part of this chair that made me feel really comfortable is that the texture of the fabric as the back leaner is meshed. This allows the circulation of air and , thus, less sweating. The one I formerly had at work was made of leather and it always made me feel so warm and sweaty after 1-2 hours. But the seat of this is made of mesh fabric which does not give rise to such issue.The only cautious note I see worthwhile to mention is that a chair mat should be used with this chair if it is to be used on hardwood floors. The wheels move so smoothly and easily. So, if the surface is hardwood, it is better to be used with a chair mat.Overall, I am satisfied with it and do recommend it.

Value for money and easy to assemble. The chair looks good too. All functions worked properly after use too.2 small parts were missing (can do without) and base didn’t look fresh.

The chair is very comfortable, but its only drawback is the lack of a headrest, which is why I gave it four stars

Cheap in cost, Features are less such as no head support, No adjustable armrest, swings and swivels are standard but not extraordinary including height adjustments.overall Experience of assembling was awesome and experience of usage is also satisfactory.
