Useful Tool
This translator is easy to setup and comes with instructions in many different languages. There is a tutorial video that makes it very quick and easy to setup. I travel internationally to a variety of different countries and I was pleased to see that all of the languages I needed were supported. The translator works best if you speak slowly and one sentence at a time. If you speak at a normal volume it works well but I had a little trouble with people speaking very softly and I needed to ask them to speak up. I tried this out with French, Tagalog, and Hindi. All in all I think this will be a useful Tool when traveling abroad.

So Disappointing!
I took this with me to Germany and the first thing I and everyone who tried it was that unless you jammed the earpiece into your ear, it doesn't fit and feels like it will pop out. When I contacted the company about this, they said to use the ear hook thing that came with it, which was just as bad. When I was on wireless, it worked 30% of the time. Every time I tried to use it out and it wouldn't work at all. I really wished I had tested this before I went on my trip, I was so excited to have this with me. I DO NOT recommend this, and I personally returned mine as soon as I got back to the States.

Somewhat helpful
I have to do some very involved explanations for my job. A lot of times, the other person is elderly, and hard of hearing, so even with the earbuds, they seem to have a hard time understanding what I need to say. I still haven't found the 'perfect option, but this does help. It comes with multiple language variations, so I think it would work well for younger people, rather than the elderly. Just my opinion, though.

Not comfortable or accurate
This translation device for starters is a very uncomfortable. I couldn’t continue to wear them because they hurt my ears so bad. Besides that they do not translate accurately.

Must Have
For anyone who is interested in learning a new language or simply interested in enhancing communication avenues with others, this is a must have.Working as provider and frequently struggling to communicate with patients with different primary languages, this device has made my life so much easier. It is very clear and easy to understand in real-time and it eliminates having to call a translation services company.

Updated. Pretty awesome, wish I was traveling
*** updated ****Used in a real world environment and it simply gave a ton of trouble. Just use an app.End updateThese ear buds are pretty awesome. They seriously feel like the future. The app is really at the heart of it all, the earbuds are like a portal to the app that makes it work really easily because it knows who is talking. I did find if both parties are close together, face to face it can pick up the wrong person (like it translates english to english). It is a lot like most translation apps I have used except usually you just go back and forth and it automatically translates into the other persons headset.Pros:Really epic packaging. Like iPhone style package with a nice charging case that is magnetically coupled for "drop in your pocket and go" convenience.Easy to use, once paired with the app, select the language and go. Its easy.Cost - this is a great system for a traveler, job site with spanish speakers etc.Cons:Its very handy and clear to have earbuds, but its not too much different than just using an appPerhaps some people wouldn't be keen on sticking a strangers earbud in their own ear? Have not experience this, but if someone walked up to me on the street and wanted me to do this I would be hesitant.Overall for someone to use in their own home with an exchange student, a live in asylum seeker like my parents or perhaps speaking with an inlaw or something these would be a no brainer. For someone traveling and expecting to use them with strangers just an app is probably sufficient. For the right reason, I would highly recommend them.Cons:
