Using it to light a little orchid box
Makes for a nice display rather than lots of clamp on or fixtures with legs. Not sure how much I would try to grow under it, though it does appear to produce a good amount of light

Amazing product
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRODUCT WITH MY TERRARIUM. I built my own ecosystem and this light has been a life support for all my moss. Will buy again.

Nice light w/base
Have a small 1 gallon Bettany setup with this. It has kept plants alive for most part and looks great. I wish the arm would be alittle more able to fine tune.

Same issue as other folks - Light died after 5 min. Got super hot at plug
Based on reviews it seems like you have a high chance of getting a defective light. I ordered one and [same as other people] it started flashing after 5 min and then shut off permanently.More concerning though is that the light got super duper hot at the base where it plugs into the wall. I feel that this, combined with the weird flashing defective behavior, might be a fire hazard. I would not buy this.

Light gets WAY TOO HOT. not using the light.
I had the light on for 10 minutes and I noticed that the surface temp of the light was very hot to the touch. After another 10 min or so it because almost too hot to touch. No LED light should ever get too hot to touch, I can understand maybe slightly warm. But not too hot. The sad thing is the design of the base is perfect for my needs, and the placement of the hole for the lamp.. So I'm going to try and build my own lamp using the base.

Flickering after a few months
These looked like they'd work for some small fishbowl terrariums and they did seem to provide decent light but now two of the three have started flickering on and off.

Poor Quality/Function.
Within the first couple of minutes, the light blinks on and off, then quit working. The power cord and plug was too hot to touch. Quality is poor. By yourself a piece of wood and make it yourself…Nicely.

Only USB, and light went out in about a week.
So the light has a USB connection, but no wall outlet piece. Meaning, you have to buy a block (or hope you already have one) to plug this into a wall. The light also went out in less than a week. Started flickering when turned on.

Gets worryingly hot 🥵
This thing gets so hot that you can hardly touch it. I had to stop using it because it was so worryingly hot it may have become an electrical fire danger.Build quality is fairly flimsy. I wouldn't recommend. Give this one a miss.

Light stopped working after 2 months
The media could not be loaded. Worked great for 2 months and now when I turn it on the light flashes.
