It is not a $18 toy. More like $5
The volume is so low you can not hear any of the sounds. It does light up but that is all I can say that is good. I try to never leave bad reviews but this is Rediculous. I paid 17.99 for a 5 dollar toy, or more like 3 dollar toy. I am sending it back.

Not suitable for baby's delicate gums
The phone had a good size for tiny hands BUT the sound coming from the speaker was barely audible. AND the so called "teether" antena was too hard for a baby's delicate gums.
