I have used this once and I can say that it certainly helped with my running injury. Very comfy to wear and very supportive. It is easy to adjust and it remained in place when worn. I will certainly be using this in the next few weeks whilst I make my recovery.

I sometimes get lower back pain so want to wear a lower back support when using dumbbells and doing waist exercises. Works well. The sizing is a little off as it comes up large. I've bought a large and a medium. The belt can ride up a little but it's still pretty good. I've now bought a second one in size medium to keep as a spare as the large isn't as good on me. I really like this belt - it's a good width - some back supports are far too wide. My cousin buys them too. Really good for helping with lower back ache.

I really like this product, as 2 days after it promptly arrived (a day early) I had a fall with the belt on while walking my dogs,I can safely say my back did not suffer due to the fabulous support it gave in the fall unlike my poor knees (ouch)I would recommend this belt for back support and pain relief it's comfortable above your clothes, a wee bit ichy under.Great delivery,Great belt delivers comfort, support which means pain relief. Unfortunately didn't offer enough support for me and no pain relief. I had to buy a much more supportive back belt, however going off previous reviews I think maybe it was just the wrong belt for me. It appears well made, but just not right for me.

I love this. I wore it whilst shopping today and was very pleased. The support was great, it did not show under my clothing and was comfortable to wear. I have a back issue, sciatica, and have had bowel surgery also so I do suffer with lower pain, but this indeed helped me to stand more upright than before. The delivery was quick considering the bank holidays inbetween.

Worn this for an afternoon and have had no sciatica pain, while sat wearing it, it does seem to roll at the bottom, it didn’t come with instructions, I had to watch the video, I will see how it goes tomorrow when at work, but so far so good

Plenty of support for the lower back. Will always go back for more

This belt has a lot of descriptions and one of them is a lower back support, which is not correct. Doesn't matter how you try to adjust it, it won't do that. In order to give you a lumber support, it needs to be wider than this, unfortunately I didn't know that when I have ordered.Good quality material, but useless pretty much.
