I have to have iron infusions every couple of months due to an unfortunate medical condition. Between these infusions I'll often get faint and weak and struggle with low iron symptoms. I got these to try and help alleviate some of those symptoms. It's helped, but more than that, since I started taking these daily, my iron levels have improved so much that I have been able to skip two of my regular infusions this past year. Whatever they pair the iron with in this pill apparently makes it easier to utilize, because a regular ferrous fulmate supplement never did that for me. Very happy with these.
