Yes we are a secondary seller but it is 100% original and comes with the manufacturer warranty

Q: What size screws are used to connect the back to the face of the watch? Can I order replacement screws through you?

The manufacturer doesn't sale the screws. But they can offer repairs to better assist call at 1-800-449-3056 on Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm CT and Saturday-Sunday from 9am-7pm CT.
