I love this mug it's just perfect
I love this mug it's just perfect. I have two others, one 32 oz mug, and one 24 oz tumbler. I wish I would have gotten the mug instead of the tumbler cuz of the handle the mug has but at the time I didn't see that the 24 oz had a handle :o(. And the32 oz is a bit too big. But I love them anyway. The ice doesn't melt for a long time. I live in Phoenix and the temp goes up pretty high to well over 110 and have gone to the store and Wal-Mart and still had ice when I got home.ThanksNancy

Decent cup
Like the size of cups, it insulates well, I like warm water and my water stay relatively warm for an hour or two. The straw does have some smell to it even after soaking and washed. It took a few days of use to get rid of.

Disappointed with the condition of the mug.
I love the product, but the one I received arrived damaged with the seal between the inner chamber and the outside of the mug compromised. This made it possible for soapy water to get inside of the insulated chamber of the mug when it was cleaned. I was disappointed because it was supposed to be new and it did not appear new to me.

holds water does not do what i bought it for.
it does not inslate what so ever what ever i have in side. ice melts just as fast as it would in any other glass. the lid is more of a pain in the ... to get off even worse when i bought the smaller one. even with out the rubber staw water still leaks out of the opening preatty badly. and the slider does not close at all when u have the straw in.the look of the glass is horred, its looks like something u would find in a hospital

Just one problem...
I love these mugs (all-in-all we own 4), except for one problem that has arisen. Sometimes after a run through the dishwasher, a bit of water will get trapped in between the layers of the mug. It's easy enough to get it out, but still a little disheartening.

Not the best travel mug
The straw included absorbed the smell of any liquid it held. I ended up throwing them out. I also had a hard time fitting this cup in my cars cup holder. It didn't function as well as expected as a mug to travel with.

Great mug
This mug is really what I wanted. It protects against spills, easy to hold, and keeps the drink cool. I don't use the straw but otherwise, I would definitely buy this again.

When closed completely they are sealed great though.
Lids is hard to close all the way. Very stiff even after months of use. When closed completely they are sealed great though.
