No. These glasses are merely anti glare and blue light. They can't make you see better in the dark.

Q: There is no where to choose what strength you need. How do I get this information?

Right! These are not vision correcting glasses. I wear them whenever I am in front of any kind of electronics (iPhone, iPad, computer, tv, or at the movies) to eliminate eye strain. They are AMAZING!!! And when I am in front of the tv and reading, knitting or doing anything where I need corrective readers I pop on a little pair of skinnies beneath them! (Can we say 6-eyes???!!!). No shame here as long as I can see! Didn’t mention I start out with my contacts and just keep adding layers for what I need. But these blue light filters have been life-changing for me ... and super cute and fun to wear! Good luck!
