I have been looking for a nail file like this. I have bought the ceramic ones and the emory boards. Emory boards don't last long and they go in the trash too quick. Ceramic are okay but I can't get under my nails with the tip and I feel I can't get the edges smoothed right. This is perfect to fix all of those issues. I had nail files like this years ago and they literally lasted years. So happy to find these and to make the purchase! I like the two different grits as well which is an added feature my older ones did not have. I recommend these nail files. I bought two, one by TV and one for bathroom!

Compared to others my wife and I have used in the past these are very good. The cross hatch metal type nail files are not very good, and the emery boards, made of cardboard or padded in between are OK but do not last long and are less effective.Metal ones like these are among the best we have used, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a really good nail file.

These are good nail files for shaping. They're a little too rough for finishing, but I have other things for that. They're long enough to get some decent strokes. The points are perfect for cleaning under nails.I liked that they were packaged with paper around one, so they wouldn't rub on each other.
