2003 Grand Cherokee
It fits on my 2003 jeep, however I did have to use longer boots as my roof rack is thick. That being said, I’ve had it on my Jeep for I’d say almost a year now and it is definitely very durable, and has not worn down at all in the weather.

Broke almost immediately
Didn't fit well, at all. 2013 Terrain stock rails. I measured and said it'd fit but screws were too short. Even after buying new longer screws, the bracket broke and flipped the flag backwards before we even made it a block in a slow parade- using a flag size it showed holding up to on a mild-breeze day. Very disappointed and do to the timing of use, can't return. Big waste of my money. Not sturdy or user friendly at all.

I bought two. One was defective.
One bracket was fine, but the other was machined in such a way as to be unable to assemble.I had to drill new holes to DYI a fix. Otherwise I'd have to return it, as there was absolutely no way it would be able to assemble. Just don't know how it could be welded and drilled in the way it came. One of the screw holes, that the thing pivots on, was blocked by the pole tube. Which was welded in place over that hole, and no nut or screw was going to fit between it and the hole for the machine screw.Speaking of screws....These were metric. My Toyota Sienna roof rack is a bit too big for the design, but fit well with longer screws. I got standard replacements. They work well, and I got 1 inch wood poles that fit perfectly. They look good too. Easier to pick it out in a parking lot, along with all the other white minivans.

Flag Holder Modificatio
After reading the reviews I noticed the same problems as other persons who purchased this Bracket. First the mounting bolts that hold the bracket to your roof rack are too short,,you will have to purchase longer ones. Second someone wrote the bracket folding down when your traveling. The bracket only has one adjustable black knob to lock in place, it doesn’t work.My solution if you look at photo I drilled a hole below the locking know straight threw to the bracket that holds the flag, and have a bolt locking the bracket down. See photo circled bolt is the one I added. Problem sol works great. I hope this is good feedback for the company to find the solutions to this problem.

Doesn't hold a 3x5 while driving
So sad this flag pole mount is not working well. It looks great, but we ordered two 3'x5' flags and two of these mounts. If you notice, they can be set at an angle. We want them straight up. So we tightened everything well. As soon as we start driving one went down. After a bit the other did too.Though they don't say and there aren't any instructions, there is a right and left mount. We might try to turn these around so they can't fall back in the wind or we will consider returning. :(

Check bar size
This is pretty easy to put on once your figure it out (no instructions). It will not work for all roof rack styles - It does work for the one on my jeep, but doesn't attach where I wanted it to because of the bar configuration in that spot.

Holes don’t line up.
No matter what o did without drilling into the plate the holes don’t line you. We have to modify the plates for it to work. At least in the ones I got. Good luck

Did not fit well with out some redneck engineering
It holds well ended up needing longer bolts for the mount. It also needed an extra nut and bolt to hold it from dropping down with travel. The flag pole holder bolt holes began rusting.
