Clifton 8 Mens Shoes

Right out the box probably the best shoe I’ve had this far… I thought my ASICS Novablast were the best till I got these Clifton edges. Time will tell though as my Novablast lasted the longest out of the slew of running shoes I have had throughout the last decade. But as for the Hoka Clifton edge…. Day 2 in them and I’m just surprised at how light of a shoe provides as much cushion and that right amount of energy return in each step. The cushioning is superb and the fit in the toe box is just right. As others have said there’s the slight heel slip but if you lace em up right it’s not as bad. Anyhow there’s my two cents and unless the Hoka Clifton Edge 9, 10, 11 and so on are worse I would buy at least a dozen of these Clifton edge 8s just so I know I have them for at least a couple decades lol

Im 210"lbs, 6'2" and Hoka Clifton has to be the best running shoe for heavy runners. I've tried Nike, Brooks, Nuebalance, Addias...... Past shoes have caused Shin Splints, and pulled both my MCL's. I've bought Hoka Cliftons on their reputation for being a great running shoes it's TRUE. Since, I run with No Pain.... I'm trying Hoka Rincon or Hoka Carbon next. And will only purchase Hoka's Running Shoes....all the others will only cause pain or a hospital visit.

This is my third pair of Hokas and I never knew what I was missing. The cost is a bit higher than most but worth it especially if have joint pain.
