Better Than Steroids

Now this is really good.
I’ve just been reading this book and I have to say it’s really informative. I started lifting weights again last year and have made more gains than when I tried it 15 years ago (I’m 46). I credit accumulating books and knowledge just as much as the benches, barbells, weight plates, dumbbells, ropes, power clubs, mace and kettlebells. This is where I went wrong before. I asked our paperboy who played footie for advice and it was very basic, school gym stuff .Anabolic Steroids are very very harmful. Baldness, (not that a real man would bother) but blown liver (you turn yellow) and acne on your back so bad that you bleed into your bedding. Don’t get any of that munching raw carrots, nuts, steak, and drinking pomegranate juice - just examples. Buy the book. You won’t regret it. Well worth the money. And keep away from gyms. Not only are they a breeding ground for nasty bugs and bacteria, but you have to waste time waiting for someone to finish using equipment, then see him walk away without wiping it down when he has sweated all over it!

One of the most knowledgable books
Bought this book as it was recommended to me by a very dear friend. He used this book to get himself into the most amazing peak physical condition, and used it to help make a program for me that awarded me a 30 lb weight loss and muscle gain combine. For a woman who has never really been in shape, and was always considered the "chubby one" this was a huge gain for me. This book teaches you that weight loss and muscle building is very scientific. There's a direct formula for each person. This is a book that helps you figure out how your body responds to exercise and food, and then helps you tailor workouts and food so that you get the results you've been wanting. Highly recommend! Highly!

All you need No Filler if you need some google it all
This book is everything I have been looking for in a body building reference & the only one worth keeping in a gym bag.I have trained with weights for 20 years & done tons of programs, used every supplement & tried ever diet I thought had value.I wondered about this book because it was priced very high in my opinion for a 180 page book but after getting it & going through it I agree with many reviews in that it is very precise to the point proven methods for any training goal you would have from losing weight to adding muscle with all the information you need to plan your diet post work out meals & achieve proper nutrient & supplement modification with proper nutrient timing for feed efficiency.Based on my experience I have to say I agree with mostly all of these methods have a place based on goal & training phase. This is a must for any beginner because the hardest thing that most people fail to learn is proper diet & how to make your body work for you.It is true that I have come across all of this information for free all over the Internet.I'd also say that usually never get a total picture of everything I need to work out for a training phase all together in simple condensed information.I think the reason is that something that can be as simple as proper nutrition is actually some how a guarded secret that many successful athletes have. They sell supplements & some take steroids but nothing will ever work if you don't have the proper building blocks.I value this the most because I happen to agree with most of it from experience & I don't need to go through tons of research every time I work out a new program anymore, I'd rather be able to thumb quickly to what I wanna do & plan the entire phase from start to end.If your learning & hungry for knowledge and want to dive deep into tons of research do it, that's how you'll learn what works for you but do yourself a favor & pick this book up & then do research on the methods & techniques in this book until you understand it all & then use it as an quick reference when you discover it has it all.And even better of your just sick of trying every new thing or just want something easy to follow without long winded reasons this is definitely the book for you.People will also quickly dismiss the simplest & best answer to problems in life. This has always baffled me but people just want to make things hard or seem tricky.Believe me even at the Mr. Olympia with all the steroids in the world the winner will have a man behind the behind the certain who is above all else a master at nutritional manipulation. This book is not an amazing new way to a miracle body, it's just tells you how to make your body do what you want based on science & in the end the only way you'll ever achieve long term health is understanding your body or at least following the simple instructions from someone else who does like Dr. Warren Willey.
