If I can tell a difference between 60Hz and 120Hz, I would probably get myself a 4-port HDMI 2.1 KVM, but again, no need. I am happy with my 16-port KVM setup for my home use. The keyboard hotkey to switch between desktops is done by pressing SCROLL LOCK twice+port number.
