Great product, great availability and so far is working great

Expect to replace every other year or more often
bought the unit in sept 2024 lasted 18 months in AZ. Easy to install and much cheaper than the $500 many AC companies charge for the same service. Does it work yes should it last longer I think so. Realistically it was used for about 9 months out of the 18 months it was owned. AC/heat turned off for the other 9 months so durability is questionable.

Packaging was good
I had a bad compressor so I'm not sure if it is good or bad.

Corrected slow spinning condensing unit fan
Fan was spinning slow overheating compressor and tripping out breaker. I replaced the capacitor 3 days ago. Fan spun up fast immediately. No issues since replacement. Top of capacitor is labeled

AC is c running again
Arrived quickly. I'd recommend more padding in the packaging as there is none inside the box and both units arrived slightly dented. They work, but that could have been different. Plus all dents will be where rust starts first ...
