Blue Dove Yoga Bolster made from GOTS Certified Organic Cotton

Looked like a quality bolster but after just a few weeks it began to lose its firmness and now it's gone squishy already. Not impressed

I wouldn't recommend this yoga bolster if what you're looking for is something to support your body while you keep your knees bent, do back bends, child pose etc because it is too hard and has no give in it at all. If what you need is a very firm bolster then this might work for you. I ordered the Aubergine colour and really is was like Maroon, nothing very Aubergine about it at all I'm afraid! I agree with the other reviewers who say it's a bit small. Yoga studios tend to have very large and heavy bolsters so perhaps the comparison is not fair. It will be fine for some yoga stretches etc, but not for others if you need something that's long to support your spine for example.

Perfect, and such a great colour and price! Lovely and firm - no sagging. I place this under my clients' knees while they're lying on my therapy bed. Very comfy and the perfect diameter to raise one's knees in order to protect the lumbar spine while lying supine. I used to use a couple of cushions but they were too squidgy really. This bolster is perfect as it allows clients to let their knees roll out laterally for comfort.

Good for the price, lovely colour. If I were to buy another bolster I would go for a bean filled one which do cost more but are that bit more comfy.

My yoga teacher recommended this one and Im very pleased with my purchase.I like the size and firmness. Colour perfectly matches my cushions:)I also use it to put underneath my knees when Im lying down,which adds extra comfort or underneath my feet when reading.

This is a great bolster - very well made and excellent quality. It is very comfortable to relax on in my yoga poses as well as an aid to others.

Well made item and does the job well. The stitching is very secure and the removable case very useful for cleaning. Nice natural feel to both the inner material as well as the sleeve. I took one star off as I think the bolster would benefit from a strap at both ends which helps reaching and placing during practice. Very pleased overall.
