No, it doesn't keep squirrels or cats away lolI have two and they climb on it.

What are the results anyone has had with this unit specifically getting rid of squirrels?

This is the first year that I have not had any trouble with squirrels. That is the main reason I bought this, hoping to keep the squirrels out. They have ruined my garden for the past five years, digging and eating my plants before they have a chance to grow, then eating them after they grew. So far the squirrels have not dug up any of my plants, or dug in the garden at all. I bought a couple more to cover more of my garden. I have a lot of squirrels around here and I'm not into killing them. Just stay out of the garden.

Will this work on dogs

So far it's working. Two stray dogs were near when I put it outside and they were noticeably affected by it. Haven seen any stray cats around here in two weeks.
