I've been using these for years for my family. They work great and I love that you can set up a replacement head to arrive every 3 months. Only reason we had to buy a new one was because one was lost. They really last for years and years. Each of the kids has a unique color so they never get mixed up. I also love that you can stick the holder to a smooth surface. Bonus: I save the tube they come in and use that when we travel to keep it clean.

Pros: does a great job, I like the timers, it has a really great travel caseCons: I always end up breaking the base piece when I try to replace the brush head. I just plan to replace the entire thing.
