This is by far the best iodine supplement I’ve used. It’s simple, effective, and easy to work into a daily routine. This product is incredible. In Japan they have been giving their children extra iodine/iodide because it has been proven to increase the IQ of a child because of all of the toxins in the air, water, and EMF Radiation. And they don’t even have as many toxins that they’re being exposed to as people who live in the US. Three drops is absolutely not enough, and the three letter health agencies warning people of taking “too much” is absolutely ridiculous. I use a full dropper under my tongue (~1ml) and then wash it down with a glass of filtered/remineralized water. You need to be filtering your tap water, shower water, and cooking water. Especially from Fluoride, Chlorine, Heavy Metals, Microplastics, and Atrazine/Birth Control/Other Pharmaceuticals. If you read this advice, (which I have done in my household and not only changed my own life, but my husband’s, mother’s, and a few of my friend’s lives as well) and think it’s crazy, your brain is over-fluoridated and over-chlorinated.

This iodine is thick and somewhat syrupy. I don't really know how it would be used, but it seems high quality.

Bought this on a recommendation from a friend for my thyroid. The taste isn’t too bad. I’m still taking it. I have changed my way of eating and incorporated this to help. So far so good. I will see the results once I am tested again. Will report back.

I started taking a lose dose iodine (150mcg) to help with my cold feet. I noticed that my breasts got softer. I have lumps from my breast reduction surgery and hard breast issue. My breasts were hard ever since I started developing. It was just something I live with and monitored. I had no idea that was a potential benefit of taking iodine. I started researching the benefits of iodine and decided to purchase this product. I take about 12 mg A-day. I took the product for 2 weeks before my 1st cycle, on the iodine, started. I had decreased PMS, Zero cramping, And zero bloating. But for tracking my cycle, I probably would have had an accident because I had No symptoms. It just came on and was light!!!!! Little did I know, I was in for the surprise of a lifetime. My cycle was 75% less fluid. It was pretty much over by day 3. It had gotten to the point where I would go through one Box of ultra 26 tampons, per cycle, plus pads for bleed through. I am still on 1 box and I've had my 2nd cycle on iodine. For my 2nd cycle, I wasn't taking my iodine as regularly, as the first cycle. I kept reading about over use and wanted to pull back. I did not have any symptoms of too much iodine but you know how the main stream medicine can get to you. ANYWAYS.. My 2nd cycle had some cramps but nothing serious.
