TUB RING The Ultimate Drain Protector Hair Catcher/Strainer/Snare (Aqua)

Q: does this get moldy? my other silicone hair catcher had to be thrown away because it got very moldy in between showers.

It gets a little build up from the soap and conditioner. I wash mine out every month or so with a glove & some hot water! Definitely doesn’t mold like others do. I love this and would HIGHLY recommend for people that lose a lot of hair in the shower. My drain would clog every week and now I have no more drain problems! I got mine in blue and I love it!

Q: Has anybody tried it on bigger stopper? Like almost 3 inches? I wonder if it'll stretch to that size?

Q: If using with a pop up drain will it still allow the drain to close or does it stop it from closing or make it harder to close?

Of course, you could still close the drain. Let me explain how it works. When you take a shower, you could fit our TubRing around the rim of the stopper so that it could collect hair while you take a shower. When you are about to take a bath, you could simply remove TubRing from the stopper and keep it on top of the bathtub or anywhere you could keep it for a while, and take a bath. Q: Can you Fill tub with water for a bath?

I have to remove the tub ring in order to press down the tub drain stopper. it is very easy to remove and put back later. You will have to remove it every two or three days to clean off the white residue that dries on it from shampoo and conditioner. That residue slows down the water flow. I do remove hair from it daily with it in place but you do have to remove it and clean it. So it's a thing that's not permanently placed on it you'll be removing it.
