Shapes well to your head for head massage. Excellent for head massage. Not good as a regular comb so don’t buy it for that.

I love this comb! It’s so smooth and rounded so it s doesn’t damage my curly hair at all. It smells so good and even came with a bag to put it in. So well made.

This sandalwood detangling comb substantial to hold, beautiful to behold, and effective. The wide teeth effortlessly glide through thick hair easily for detangling. Combined with a good wooden pin paddle brush and styling comb your completely set. With proper maintenance this comb should last a lifetime, it’s tough. Some have mentioned the comb being moldy but it’s a crystallization of the woods oils. For some extra care I have oiled the comb with Japanese Tsubaki oil and brushed it through my mane. One can’t go wrong with this purchase, it’s natural wood which makes it luxurious.

I initially purchased this item after reading that wooden combs were in fact better for health of your hair. The item arrived as initially promised and well package in order to ensure no damage or breakage. Let me began by highlighting the best of this product firstly again extremely well made, beautiful, handles tangles well. However; there are also a few shortly comings with this product firstly the length of the comb is on the short side and for those individuals with longer hair or tangles the short handle makes it more difficult to manage. The second downside is again I believe is due in part to its length, is the product inability to fully reach the root of the hair again for those individuals with longer, curly, coarse or are prone to tangling.In summary, this product is definitely worth the investment and effort; and I would assuredly purchase this item. The manufacturer also provides the purchaser with a storage silk bag for when not in use.

Uncomfortable to use as a massager, and doesn't work for a comb. so kind of useless

This is a must have for thick natural curly hair. It also makes for a wonderful special gift. I love this comb.It feels good to hold in your hand while massaging your scalp as you purposefully detangle your hair without the struggle and damage. Beautifully designed with contouring features. Worth the money and well made from real natural wood. You'll love it.
