My Mema is 94 and almost blind and half deaf. She can see the clock face when she has enough light and she can hear it talking to her. I hear her at 0300 listening to the time. It’s been a blessing to her. If it were a bit louder it would be better but when it’s quiet it’s good to go. A must have for older anyone with the same issues. Also simple to use.

My husband is blind and loves this watch. It does exactly what is says it will do.

BC THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE SO MINUTE IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO RESET TIME..... MY FRIEND FINALLY DID... NOT TOO HARD TO SET TIME.. SEVERAL STEPS TO DO IT...I HAVEN'T BOTHERED WITH ALARM.... DON'T NEED IT...ALL IN ALL IT IS A NICE BASIC WATCH... NOT FEMININE THOUGH.... MY BIG COMPLAINT IS THE PACKAGING, WHICH I BELEVE IS MANUFACTURERS FAULT.... THE WATCH'S FACE WAS IN A PIECE OF FOAM, PLACED INSIDE A SMALL BUBBLE BAG... THIS WAS INSIDE A BROWN AMAZON ENVELOPE 8X11..... I WONDER HOW MANY TIMES THIS PKG MIGHT HAVE BEEN THROWN OR DROPPED?...... I purchased this for my elderly mother with macular degeneration. The watch is large and bulky and came with a stiff, leather band. On the smallest adjustment, it still spun around her wrist. It is made for an adult man. The watch (minus the band) is cheaply made, the description said stainless steel but it is was definitely plastic! The watch is also extremely thick & bulky. The speaker was muffled and difficult to understand and was not loud enough for my mother to hear even with her hearing aids. I returned the product the next day after receiving it!

I purchased this watch for a blind 84 yo woman because the description included several features that were important for her to use the watch independently: Clear and loud speaking voice-the voice is not clear and sounds a little garbled; Easy to use-it is not as easy to use as the watch I’m replacing for her; the biggest problem is that the watch requires that it be set to the correct time zone to use the atomic function that regulates the time and date but it does not offer her time zone (Hawaii- Aleutian Time Zone) as one of the options. Consequently, the Atomic clock function does not work correctly preventing the watch from setting to the correct date and time. I’m returning the watch.

I purchased this watch for a younger Brother that has a visual disability to replace a previous watch (different manufacturer) that was damaged. He is very satisfied and just goes on about how easy it is to use and that it feels great on his arm. He is very satisfied with it.
