Better than most in comfort, support, style, and price! Used after a little tummy surgery and was perfectly comfortable wearing it out on errands over clothing (even got compliments). Now it's just right for when my back is not feeling super strong but I still have some lifting to do in my kitchen job or in the gym. Highly recommended but I would advise to size up; I measured a M on the site's chart but the L fit better.

I purchased this to use at my job at UPS loading package cars. I bought an identical one several months ago in a medium and it is a little too big. Unfortunately, the small is a little too small. This is obviously not a fault of the seller or the product, but just unfortunate for me individually. The seller (I believe) does recommend choosing the larger size if your measurements fall in between and I agree with that information.The smaller size will not stay below my natural waistline for lower back support and the larger one will not cinch tightly enough with the primary belt, but the secondary straps will.Given this, the small would be ideal as a waistline trainer, but does not work for me as a support belt.Finally, the upgraded version of this product included in the available colors for a dollar more fits perfectly in the small.The product is very well made and unbeatable for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone who does not have current back issues and simply wants additional support for protection from injuries incurred during moderate to heavy lifting.I paid at least 50% more for several other back belts of nearly identical design and they have fallen apart.I would follow the seller's suggestion and choose a size up if measurements fall in between and w'o question pay for the upgraded version of this specific product from this specific seller.The newer version didn't arrive when expected, but I live in the country and deliveries are often delayed by no fault of the sender.I wear the belt six days a week for five hours a day over a thin tank top b'c the neoprene irritates my skin so I sometimes have spots where the shirt and the belt pinch if I don't get the fabric smooth enough before tightening the secondary straps.I wash it 2-3 times a week b'c it will make you sweat in your midsection during physical activity even if nowhere else. I put it in a lingerie bag and let it air dry.I have been loading package cars and using a back belt for eleven months and this one has been far and away the best at any price point in terms of value, durability and functionality.If I could make any changes it would be to make the entire belt and the straps about 3-4 inches wider and the fuzzy side of the velcro on the main belt extend further to allow for a tighter fit.Hope this helps. I have no idea if this is effective or safe for someone with existing injuries or back issues and would recommend taking it to the doctor with you for approval if that is what you need to safely lift heavy things, but I would absolutely try this one and ask your doctor if it would suffice before spending more money for the same basic design.

Good material however it don’t cover your full tummy as displayed in the picture unless your a petite women. I got a xl and it covered my lower adamant only. If your looking for a full tummy cover up to the base of your brest and your a bigger women this is not for you.

I NEVER write reviews. I have two other "waist bands". One, to be honest is merely to sweat, but it did give me some support as it is fairly wide. The other, is the infamous copper belt, which in my opinion, is not even close to being wide enough, although did offer support for my back. I literally just got this today and when I put it on, the doves came out and the "Laaaaaa" notes accompanied them. I am ecstatic that this "belt" is wide and tight. Makes me excited to go to work and not have to worry about my back. And the price?? I feel as if they could have charged $40, but don't. LOL.

it's a really good item. lasted a long time (about a year?) but the plastic thingies inside of the "corset" that helps it to keep shape broke through the fabric and even before it broke through the fabric, it would kinda stab me on my belly whenever i wore it for about 2-3 months which is my own fault. it works well and the shaping is amazing and i feel really nice and secure in it:) will probably buy again once i get an undershirt.
