I loved these shorts. Wore them as regular shorts and to work out in. After about 5 uses the crotch split. I still wear them, just under other shorts or leggings.

I had surgery on my knees, so I can’t work out the way I want to. However, this helps me with working out because I wear it every day and I can still feel the work out.

This product is amazing! The shorts are comfortable and fit true to size. You may actually want to order a size down if you want a snug fit. You will definitely sweat from belly to thighs! I wish I would have measured myself before using because in a only a month these have become too big, I will be ordering down a size!

These shorts fit really well on the legs, maybe even a little tight around the quads and definitely won’t fall. They’re lined with the sauna suit material which is also great. The only thing is that it isn’t too tight around the waist so it doesn’t have that tight waist line effect. I have it on the tightest clasps and it’s not tight just fights right so it won’t fall. So it’s great as a sauna suit shorts but not for a waist trainer! Overall it’s comfy. I usually wear a large in bottoms and I got the L/XL size and it fits just right!
