April 30, 2021 : First attached image is from the ground to the top of the hitch. This is a solid mount everything lined up as it should. No complaints.The remaining three images are with a 1-1/4 to 2" adapter purchased from Harbor Freight item #65023

Installed and works on 2012 Lexus IS250c (convertible).

The holes are not well aligned so you cannot bolt all three bolts on. May have to return.
