When my office updated our phone, my new Cisco phone had a handset cord about one foot long and it just didn't work in my office set up. I got this 12 foot cord and it is perfect! Coiled it is much shorter, but the stretch works great. The color matched perfectly. The sound is also very good. Definitely recommend!
