I found Sven on TikTok. I fought with myself for months about his messages. I was in such denial that what Sven said could be right. I finally broke down and bought he book. I sat with the book for almost 6 months just scared to start. Scared at what I might uncover. I ended up reading the whole book and now I’m on my second time reading it. The information in this book is so valuable. When you do dig deep enough the beauty of it is amazing. I have been doing the journaling, taking Sven’s advice and just listening to my own inner voice. I’m here to tell you don’t be scared. It’s so worth going through. I’m on my journey for 3 years now and bit by bit my life is falling into place. I have learned acceptance and opened myself up to a whole new world. You can feel whole again! You can feel happy. Just trust in Sven and what he has to offer. Trust the process!

This is a must read. We all hold on to childhood beliefs whether we realize it or whether those childhood traumas are affecting us every day and are glaringly obvious. Digging deep and releasing those negative beliefs and emotions are absolutely life changing. Thank You Sven

Fast moving self help book with a difference. I wish I had read this book years ago. Worked through this whilst having counselling and it has changed the way I deal with self worth and binge eating.

Simple way of approaching issues, no high-brow talking at me, just good plain, simple talk. And straight forwar approach the wide range of problems we carry with us through life. I'm learning to be the me I used to be, and she's awesome. Love this book!
