Very bad product not working since purchase and nobody is responsible about its service or guideline,customer care number also not respond, my advice not to buy

Great product
This bell is used in our restaurant to call the staff and we are using from past 2 years.. it's been working flawlessly from without issue. Bell has installed inside restaurant and it works and works fine 15-20 ft.

Range Reduced after 6 months
Previously it was catching a range from ground floor to 1st floor but now it is working only if we took remote very close to receiver. I have tried by changing battery which cost me 200+ rs .

Needs a non-standard battery
I expected this unit to work out of the box. It needs a battery. But it’s not AA or AAA. Some other non-standard battery which will be difficult to find.Why did they not use a standard battery size? I’ll simply return the unit.
