Kincool is cool
I used it for the 1st time this wkend. Worked great. Couple of short comings.1. The space between drain tray and spout is too close, thus causes lots of spillage trying to get cup out from under spigot.2. I'd have liked a light or visual to know when heated water has reached temp unit is set to.Beyond these minor issues, it worked great, solved my high volume need for service and cleaned easily.
