The cream totally works. If I'm having trouble falling asleep I rub it on the backs of my knees and do some deep breathing. I can fall asleep and stay asleep!Now I'm doing better (maybe even recovering!) so I use the cream as needed rather than nightly.I occasionally get a bit of a tingly/weird feeling where I've applied the cream and suspect I may be slightly intolerant to something in it, but haven't had any full reactions that would prompt me to stop using the cream. But I am ridiculously sensitive to everything, so it's not unusual.
