Too thick like glucose syrup
I ordered this to make modelling chocolate for my bakery. I used to make modelling chocolate using karo corn syrup but it is rarely available , plus karo corn syrup is too expensive, so I thought to purchase bexter corn syrup but it didn’t worked out. Bexter corn syrup is too thick and my modelling chocolate didn’t went well.
