Is the mouth hard when you open it, or can you scrunch it up to make funny faces with the puppet?

All our hand puppets and full body puppets have their mouths shaped with cardboard inside, to keep the mouth shape - therefore you cannot scrunch it like you can with a sock puppet ~ Silly Puppets

There is two different measurements. The photo descriptions says 14" but the detailed description says 9.5 ....???? which is it? How tall is the puppe

The one I received was 14 inches tall.

Is this puppet washable?

The puppet clothes are removable and washable. The mouse puppet, along with all our full body puppets, are surface washable with either wipes or a damp cloth. They should not be submerged in water.
