Cornstarch Replacement
I've been using this as a thickening agent for all of my cooking and it has been great! Soups, baked goods, sauces, ECT. It works just like cornstarch and has more health benefits. It's a huge bag so it lasts a long time !

Exactly What It's Supposed To Be!
This arrowroot powder works perfectly for my intended use. I purchased it to add to other ingredients in order to make a natural, chemical free, homemade Dry Shampoo Powder. It works just as I needed it to, thus im very content with my purchase!

Exactly what I needed
I use this to thicken soups and stews BUT it also is an additive to DIY lotions and creams that I make with Kokum butter and coconut oil to give a lovely powdery feel and balance out the oils

Works great for syrups

Better than cornstarch!
Arrowroot powder is awesomely better to cook with. The flavor of gravies is much better and thickens better to. Glad that I purchased this product .
