Q: I'm 150, will a large be good? And is the material 'slippery' feeling or more like cotton?

Not cotton, Slippery and breathable. I'm 155 and a large fit me fine. Small torso and a 38 D.

Q: I'm 205lb, 38DD. I have trouble with buttons closing over my chest. Will I be OK w/ XL?

I think you'll be able to close it fine; it does run large and made to fit baggy. I just didn't like how boxy and short it looked on me, and I'm short!

Q: How many of the Buttons actually button? How low cut is the blouse?

All buttons buttoned on the blouse that I got. I wore a Cami under it because it was for a school function, but you can wear it without one. It isn't too low cut.
