Not a 650ml but usable
Its a good carafe but definitely not 650ml . I mean if i fill it near the neck where black handle is, its around 570ml. To make it 650 ml, you need to fill it above its neck. Very good lid closure and light in weight. Design could be better but workable.

Poor quality
Product looks good . But the product has no branding on it . The outside box only has Borosil written . The handle is if very o or quality . It is loose & unless you support the kettle with your hand you won’t be able to pour tea from it . Really doubt if it is a Borosil product
