Gluten free and tastes great!
We used to eat quite a bit of couscous (especially when topped with oven roasted cherry tomatoes), until my SO was diagnosed as Celiac about ten years ago. We found this stuff a few weeks ago and, much to our surprise, we like it better than traditional wheat based couscous. We just ordered another box! Highly recommended!!
