The delivery was quick and the chair arrived in 2-3 days. The people in the reviews who say it's tricky to assemble probably never build a thing in their lives, because the instruction is straightforward and simple.The chair is comfortable, has multiple points of adjustment and good for people with 5ft - 6ft of height (both my partner and I tried it). If you don't like the headrest or armrests you don't have to put them on. What I like the most is the seat is really deep and wide, giving it enough support if you sit all day. It is a very good value of money considering the price.

Heavy work to assemble, but comfortable, good back support. I found problems using it at first and had to enlist help eventually via email from the seller, who provided excellent "by return" responses to queries. Whilst assembly instructions are clear, the absence of operating instructions led to me assuming I could not raise/lower the seat height (it can't be done while sitting on the seat) and only found by chance that the operating lever can also lock the tilt angle of the backrest - which I see another reviewer has not realized. Having established all this though, it is an excellent chair, bought on a "Which?" recommendation and can be easily adjusted to do a bit of desk work, then a bit of relaxing with the back reclined!

Pros: This chair is relatively easy to assemble, looks good in most spaces, and is very comfortable with a soft seat and a great backrest. The height-adjustable lumbar support is not uncommon to see in chairs but it feels especially great in this one. I am also a fan of the wide armrests, as other chairs I've used have narrow and uncomfortable ones.Cons: Personally, I found the headrest to be too far back, making me look at the ceiling to use it. The height of the seat, armrests, and lumbar support is the only adjustability offered (Fine by many people's standards). The build quality is poor and feels as though I opted for a cheap gaming chair. The armrests shake side-to-side with little force and the backrest became creaky after 2 months of use.Overall, I would recommend this chair if comfort is your absolute top priority, but if you are looking for something with high build quality and great adjustability, this is not it.

I bought this chair based off reviews to replace an old desk chair that was well past its best. Very happy with the new chair and would happily recommend it to others. It is comfortable, gives good lumbar support and seems well built, though only time will tell on that!

A comfy chair for my 6 foot on the lighter end self. I wish there was more tilt adjustment. Other than that I didn't need extra cushion for the seat. The adjustment to the lumbar and the arm rests 👍. I did have to buy 3rd party arm cushion covers. Why chairs have such hard arms i will never know. Overall very pleased.

I have bought this to replace my previous gaming chair. I thought that would help for my home office needs. But due to longer sitting on that chair I ended up with lower back pain and shoulder pain. Then I replaced that gaming chair with this it has been more than 6 months and I feel better in this flexispot chair even thiugh I sit for longer (sometimes without realising I will sit for longer even though I needed to get up in between) in this chair I feel more comfortable and happy.The performance, height, padding and versatility of this chair is very good. I never used the tilt part function though.

A Which Best Buy and worth spending that little bit extra. I was slightly worried that the head rest might bother me but it isn’t intrusive at all. The lumbar support is great and the chair feels very comfortable. I have had no tipping issues and Which says there are no dangers of trapped fingers unlike with some chairs. The height of the actual seat is ideal and about 2-3 cm taller than the seat on my previous chair.Previous chair was also giving me backache and this chair is not. You can even tilt it right back for a quick nap. It also has a permanent label regarding materials and fire which would make it easier to sell on.A good quality chair for an affordable price.

I selected this chair as recommended by Which? It is indeed an excellent chair , very comfortable, back support adjustment is excellent, armrests are lightly padded for comfort and the ability to adjust them up/down promote a better posture when working long hours with keyboard. The head rest is a new feature for me, the mesh is very comfortable and allow to have your head in resting position during meeting. I had ongoing pain in my right arm due to incorrect posture and I already feel the difference after a week use of the chair with reduced muscle tension in neck , shoulder, arm , hand.The built in footrest on the top of the wheels is a bonus to a chair that had already won the 5 stars based on above along with the fact that the chair roll really smoothly and silently.I contacted support for help understanding how to move the chair up/down. They sent a video and were very quick to answer and helpful.I am very pleased with my purchase.
