I reload 380 ACP and have some specialty rounds that I make for home defense rather than target. As these are not regularly used at the range, this case makes a nice storage for them. It is sturdy and clean.

Wanting a lightweight ammunition storage option for traveling, I purchased this case and filled it up with ammunition projectile down, like one would find ammunition in a factory cardboard box. Upon arriving at my destination via a flight, I zipped open the case and, to my dismay, found all of the ammunition loose within. Granted, baggage handlers can be pretty rough with luggage, but I didn’t expect such a mess!Prior to flying back home, I decided to insert the rounds projectile up, but, in all honesty, expected the same results. To my surprise, I arrived home and opened the case to find every round still seated!Be sure to load this case with the bullets facing UP. When placed downward, the ogive shape of the bullets have a tendency to allow the round to yaw out of its insert.To sum my review up, this case was well worth the purchase. The presentation is neat. Only time will tell if it holds up to use.

Not bad. Does the Job

I really like this container.I bought to protect my husband's extra bullets when he practices. It does seem to close good and keep them dry.One thing I didn't care for was the holes that were pre-made from foam were not deep enoughI understand why they were not drilled all the way through but when I put the right size bullet the box was designed for, the case wouldnot shutSadly I returned them with no problems from manufacture

I wish I could find this for my 45cal it might even hold my 45cal bullets just haven't tried but it holds my 9mm perfectly.
