the weak chain will break

I have done yoga for a long time, and I have a fair amount of yoga apparatus. Unbelievably, I had never gotten about half of the stuff in this kit, so it made me really happy when I saw this kit. The kit is designed for beginners, but really anyone who loves or does yoga on a regular basis will benefit from these apparatus. Plus, many of these items are also used in Pilates classes or even other basic exercises, so the kit is super versatile and useful. I am so pleased to have gotten this set, and I hope it all holds up so I can use it for a long time to come!

I got this to use since my Dr recommended I start trying out some yoga in addition to my other exercises. It's a very good and complete yoga kit. It has the blocks, the ball, the mat and it has a carrying strap with the yoga mat. It has everything needed to start doing yoga at home, outside, at the gym, or wherever you want to do your yoga. It's lightweight, non-slip, and has everything included in it to get things started and set up. It does take a bit to make sure the ball is fully inflated. This is a great kit for anyone who does yoga and I love that it comes in a nice variety of colors too.

Set is nice and it works. The mat is nice but it got ripped in the first use (I was wearing running shoes). IDK if that's normal. Other than that I think it's a pretty decent set.
