Montane Gecko VP 5 Running Pack - AW22

Had this vest for several months now. It's the first hydration vest I've purchased and very happy with it. I've done some decent runs where I've needed to pack a bit of gear (map / compass / water proof shell top / food etc) and found the pockets and room on the back spot on. The fit is solid and doesn't excessively bounce about, the front zip pockets are spacious enough to fit a large galaxy note phone. The only very slight niggle is a small rip on the front meshing, not quite sure how I did that but overall recomend this product.

I find the lateral strap connections fiddly, especially with cold hands or gloves, but the fitting and comfort of the bag are great, as are the new softflasks. Montane really do make exceptionally good kit
