I use this waist trainer during cardio sessions for a maximum sweating experience. My waistline, with the use of this vest, went from a 34 to a 26 in months. It’s not going to work by itself. Cardio and mindful eating must be incorporated.

It fits form and is still comfortable. I don’t feel like I can’t breathe.

I just received this today and I'm giving it 5 stars for now. I'll update if that changes. It does run small even for the measurements. I am 5'6 and 155 lbs post partum. I ordered medium and it was a struggle to hook the outermost row of loops. I did skip a few. However, minus some shoulder/back fat, I love the silhouette it is giving me. I could not see myself working out in this anytime soon. I also do not see myself wearing it more than an hour right now.

Ive been on a weight loss get back in shape journey and my stories and Instagram posts are highlighting this item on me a lot. So I’ve been asked about it many times. So literally have dropped 2.75” in the last 2 months and this item has been my best friend. Size xs. With extension. I only wish they would make even smaller size so I don’t have to change the brand. I’m on my last row now. Very happy.

I'm a large in almost everything, bought a medium to suck it in in and lawd! You will have a hard time doing almost anything. I couldn't make it through the day with it on. And that's just sitting at a desk. It is long (the one with two straps and hooks). fits from the fupa to the bra. lol I'm 5'9. Oh there are no rods in this but it didn't give much either

It might just be me, I ordered the xl based on reviews, I am 5'4 190 but I'm more thighs and butt, and I was able to put it on the tightest hook right out of packaging... it was tight to do so but it is a waist shaper so it should be a little snug, however I was hoping it would have fit on the first hook not the third... but it's because I have a small waist. Now about the product... the material is amazing... I have owned other brands and they broke my skin out almost immediately, I feel as if this shaper is not going to do that. The hooks are long & sturdy, I feel like this shaper if going to last. I can't wait to get my size large so I can start shaping this waist!

I ordered the nude 25 steel bone long torso waist trainer in medium, if it didn’t come with the extender it wouldn’t have fit me. So I’m happy it came with the extender. I’m 140 lbs, 5’3 and I’m 2 weeks postpartum. I’m currently on the last row of hooks with plenty of rows left to adjust as I get a smaller waist. It’s well made, keeps my posture upright. It’s tight but breathable. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.
