I loved this owl when I saw him but figured he could be seen in my light display and I was wrong. Instead of putting lights in that matched the flowers on his chest, they put in bright white bulbs and when he's lit, you actually can't see him at all for the bright white lights. He is very sturdy, doesn't sit well on grass, but I put a coaster under him and he sits fine. He's great as a display during the day but not at night.

I really liked this item, the lights last all nigh long and they are bright. The colors are softer than I expected but still I really liked it. Only thing is that It is not heavy enough for its height and it sometimes gets knocked out with the wind.

this owl is very colorful and bright - the only problem is the weight which is just a little too light for outdoor use (at least here in FL winds). This bird occupies a shelf in the kitchen which faces the eastern light.

I was very concerned when I first unpacked this owl since it is so lightweight. I have had him in place for almost a month now with plenty of rain and wind. This little guy always stays in place and happily lights up our backyard every night.

I can not even begin to explain how cute this is. I'm obsessed with owls so just had to get this. Works great and the light is brighter then I expected. Love that it recharges itself. Overall, one of my favorite items I bought off Amazon.
