Used Piece
This seller is not Geniun he has sent me a used piece tried to keep it cleaned but all the scratches, screws hole which you make to fit the fan also are there, he thinks the public is fool but these kind of people should be peanilises n banned from Amazon.I really can’t understand how is Amazon letting these kind of people to be part of these app also.Be careful guysMy suggestion is that this product is amazing, I have put new fan in 2009 and it has just got konked and not repairable.RegardsSunil

Lasted exactly 8 months and conked. No repair possible !
CATA positioned as a premium product 3 fold the price of other exhaust fans. Minimal warranty. Not worthy of its premium pricing

Poor quality and expensive. Don't waste your money on this Spanish brand.
Bought a total of 5 Cata fans (2 for a large kitchen and 3 in bathrooms). These are very expensive but assumed that they will perform well and last very long. I also wanted fans with louvers so dust, outside air, pests etc. can't come in to the room when the fan is switched off. Within the first two years, two of the fans have already lost their louvers. Cata service is pathetic. My neighbor bought 7 of these and had similar experience as well. I would recommend any of the other Indian brands.

Dejó de funcionar
Funcionó perfecto 2 meses y luego dejó de funcionar sin más. En el interior no se ve quemado ni ningún desperfecto y amazon no me permite gestionar su revisión o cambio.

Llegó roto
La caja estaba intacta, las esquinas perfectas y nada que hiciera suponer el estado del interior. Esto extractores se componen de tres parte, la carcasa (perfecto estado), la pieza central (daños severos) y la base que se fija a la pared (perfecto estado). No he pedido la devolución, por qué era para una reparación a unas dos horas de mi casa y solo con el tiempo no me compensa. La crítica es al producto, no a Amazon ya que la caja estaba perfecta. Tuve que repararlo con adhesivo para plástico (Nural-21) e instalarlo tal cual. Funcionar, funciona, no hace ruidos y cumple su trabajo. Pero fue una sorpresa bien desagradable encontrarme el chasis central roto. Abrid el paquete y comprobarlo antes de iros a instalarlo.
