I am awed by what a simple and effective solution this is! I am a light sleeper and having lot of sleep issues from past one year. I wish I had know about this sooner.It does not put you to sleep immediately, and will not help if you keep being active or on mobile phone. But it puts you to gradual sleep in max half an hour.I checked by not having it after 5 days of use , but I started getting sleep around the same time without using it. So it is non-habit forming and very effective. Hope this review helps my fellow sleep deprived people.

Ikwi snooze pro has helped me have a very good night sleep and also maintain a proper sleep cycle. The taste is good too. The packaging is very innovative. The mint strips melt so fast. Like it.

I ordered this one after seeing all positive reviews.My sleep pattern is not too bad. Most of the time i sleep immediately when i get in to bed. If it crosses 11.00 PM , then i find difficulty in getting in to sleep. I consumed one strip @ 9.30 PM after food. I felt sleepy at around 10.30-10.45 PM and i thought that the product is working . When the time goes, i felt very much uneasy and i was in a half awaken state till mid night with Anxious dreams. There was some dryness in my throat . I was half awake till 1.00 AM and not getting my sleep & i was restless. Then i took half dose sleeping pill from my mother's medicine kit and able to sleep till 7.00 AM . I never tested Allopathic sleeping pills but this condition forced me to consume since i am planning to drive tomorrow for few hours. Don't take this medicine if your body produces enough Melatonin and your sleep cycle is more or less better. Product presentation and packaging is excellent but it's a wastage of money for me. You can't claim refund since it's non refundable. I don't know how these kind of product gain this much positive review. It's a full thumps down for me. I don't recommend this product to anyone.2 days after: (08/082021)I wanted to test again to reconfirm the effect of this strip. I consumed one at around 9.45 PM. I was again half awaken state with absurd dreams .Same routine like previous time. It doesn't give the desired effect for all as it claims . Normal dose is 0.3-5.0 Mg / day . Dose may vary person to person and effect may differ accordingly. I am not fresh in the morning . Rather it affected my sleep cycle. Surely, I am not recommending to everyone. Don't go blindly with all the positive reviews.

The product has an immediate effect (in a good way) to induce sleep and I would be lying if I would say that it is one of the best sleep I did have in recent times. The product is affordable, tastes nice, really melts in your mouth, and I recommend it to others. There are no side effects either.

The quality is ok, it does create some mildness in the mind that makes you fall asleep but some days I was sleeping post-taking that, and some days not at all. Overall the product is average, not going to do wonders.

The media could not be loaded.  In the last quarter I had to work in night shifts and for this my biological clock was reversed and I had trouble sleeping in normal hours. My daily schedule was getting more and more hectic but thanks to these I found it little easier to cope with.I think it's probably the best of the bunch. Would be better if it had any more flavours. But it is quite good and not addictive at all. Cause I still can sleep without taking it when I am exhausted. All in all its a good product and one that receives a thumbs up from me... So long
