Guidecraft Expressions Step Stool - Step Up, Kid's Furniture, Natural

I painted it and gifted to a 3 year old. Great for toddlers since they cannot move it or tilt it while standing.

This is a wonderful step stool--sturdy and cute, and not too heavy for my three-year-old to move around to where she needs it. She uses it mainly to wash her hands and brush her teeth though, and I've found I need to really stay on top of wiping any water drips off of it as soon as they happen. A couple drops sat on it too long and ruined the pink paint on the top step. It'll be easy enough to repaint it I think, but it would've been nice if the original paint could have been more resistant to water.

Overall this serves its purpose fine. Works great for toddlers, but it can hold the weight of an average adult. However, I did have to let it air out for at least 2 weeks because there was a very strong chemical odor (from the white finish I suppose?) before putting it in my child's room, thus only 4 stars.The steps are about 13 inches wide by 7 inches (top step) or 6 inches (bottom step). The top step is 13.25 inches high and the footprint of the whole step stool is about 13"x14."

I would rate this higher, but I had 2 issues. 1- there is no storage compartment on the one I received. This was a main reason for purchasing this one and that is super annoying to receive a product that is not as described. The first picture is actually what I received, but all other pictures are of a different product all together. 2- It was missing one of the pegs that helps hold it together. I got it worked out that it is still sturdy, but missing parts is very annoying.

One of the screws was defective and ir didn't have extras.

This step stool is worth the money, sturdy, durable, and easy to assemble. Great for kods and adults.

The step stool is the right size for our bathroom. I can leave it in front of the sink and still get the door open. The down side is that it's heavy - its wooden so I was expecting it to be heavy. There's no padding on the bottom to keep it from slipping so when my little one reaches for something on the counter her feet inevitability pushes it out and can cause an accident. Also, because we were constantly readjusting it in front of the sink the paint rubbed off onto our white cabinets.

My daughter uses this stool in her room next to her bed. It is a little heavy for her to move on her own and I would recommend if you have wood floors to add non-skid pads to the bottom edge. It required assembly but it was easy to put together.
